Forum Rules

1. All parties have the freedom to post what they will, so long as it's done in a responsible and respectful manner. The administrators have the right to edit, delete, move or close any topic or post as they deem necessary, without prior warning. Freedom Crows Nest has no obligation to pre-screen posts and is not responsible for their content. Members are encouraged to notify an administrator of inappropriate or illegal content by using the report post feature.

2. "Freedom Crows Nest" operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned two times for any offense where a ban has not been issued. If the need arises for a third warning a temporary suspension of board privileges will be put in place of 7 days. If you feel the need to question a suspension feel free to use the contact us form at the bottom of every page. Arguing with team members after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes, a temporary suspension will be put in place.

Any further offense of the same issue within 60 days will be an immediate 30 day suspension. If a member continues that behavior they will be permanently banned.

3. Whenever a member contacts an administrator via any method and posts insulting, indecent or vulgar material towards him or her, that member will receive a warning, suspension, or permanent ban as appropriate.

4. Any member attempting to circumvent a temporary suspension, or other admin action, will lead to a permanent ban of their account. Circumvention includes re-registering or using an already registered account under a non-banned user name or any other action that can be taken to evade administrator detection.

5. Members flaming, abusing, harassing, stalking or personally attacking other members will not be tolerated. This includes any racist, sexist or gender related comments or images.

6. Posting of pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning and the offensive material will be removed.

7. Members linking to, or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. will receive a warning and their post will be removed.

8. Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. Spam is unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. Members posting spam will be issued a warning and their post removed.

9. Only one account per person is permitted. Individual members with multiple accounts will result in a warning and the duplicate account being removed.

10. For security reasons there is no posting of personal identifying information, ie phone numbers, last names, and addresses, even if they are your own. Any personal info in a post will be removed by an admin. If you need to share personal info with another member do so in a Private Message. IF a person posts personal info about another member they will get a warning.

11. Members are asked only to post in English, as this is an English speaking community. The FAQ has information about possibly adding your language to the board.

12. Members may not use the site to conduct any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others, provide instructional information about illegal activities, or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual. Any member participating in this activity will either be issued a warning or banned, depending on the seriousness of the offense.

13. The above forum rules, where applicable, also apply to private messaging, signatures and avatars.

14. These rules may be changed as needed.
